The Colnar agricultural holding has applied to this call with an investment in:
- a nitrogen generator,
- wooden barrels,
- wine storage equipment.
- Objectives
- The investment answers the need to renew the holding’s fixed assets. Winemaking equipment wears out with use and has to be replaced with new equipment, which is usually also more technologically advanced. This lets the holding keep operating normally and continue to develop.
- Results
- New equipment for the wine cellar — a nitrogen generator, wooden barrels and wine storage equipment — replacing worn equipment and modernising how the holding makes and stores its wine.
