Dolenjsko belo

The white table wine from Colnar is built from kraljevina, laški rizling and beli pinot. It is made with a 12-hour cold maceration and fermented in stainless steel. We bottle it and send it out soon after the harvest, because we want it fresh — so that the fruit and the lightness of all three grapes come through. Citrus dominates the palate, alongside ripe yellow fruit. The wine is dry, at 11 % alcohol.
