Cviček

Cviček is the speciality of Dolenjska, and it accounts for a full 60 % of the wine we make. You could call it a sprightly young man: pronounced freshness, at home with red meat and cured sausage. What makes cviček unusual is that it is blended from both white and red grapes. It is large in its smallness and unique in its make-up, and in it you find the softness of the Dolenjska hills and the cheerful nature of the people who farm them. The blend is žametna črnina, kraljevina, laški rizling and modra frankinja.
