Chardonnay

A Chardonnay that develops its refinement and richness over 12 months of ageing in 225-litre oak barriques. The ageing gives it a fuller body, a soft, creamy texture and complex aromas in which notes of ripe yellow fruit, vanilla, butter and lightly toasted wood intertwine.

On the palate the wine is rounded, harmonious and elegant, with a pleasant freshness and a long, lasting finish. The interplay of fruit and gentle oak makes a Chardonnay of depth and distinct character.
