Laški rizling

Laški rizling is a dry, fresh and aromatic wine, made with a 24-hour cold maceration, fermented in stainless steel and then given six months in oak. That gives it breadth, a fuller palate, and a juicy, high-spirited character. It is a deep golden yellow with a few green tints. Citrus dominates the palate, alongside ripe yellow fruit and a note of the wood it aged in.
